Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.

A shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged on all orders

Additional charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes across India.
A COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

Refusal to accept delivery
the order may be returned to our warehouse.
Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching such orders.
Undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, Devora reserves the right to:

Re-dispatch it after applicable shipping charges are paid.
International Shipping
Currently, Devora ships only within India.
