At Devora, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Size Exchange Policy
We currently offer Size Exchange Only.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a size exchange:

Exchange requests must be raised within 1 day (24 hours) of the order being delivered.

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.

A product is eligible for one size exchange only.
Exchange Charges
A reverse shipping fee of ₹149 per product will be applicable for all size exchange requests.
For orders with multiple products, exchange charges will be calculated based on the number of products being exchanged.
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse. In such cases, the reverse shipping charge will not apply.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following products are not eligible for exchange:

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Products returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories.

Products showing signs of use, stains, perfumes, deodorants, or any damage caused by the customer.

Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (if applicable).
Wrong, Defective or Damaged Product
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:

Clear photographs of the product

A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened without any cuts or edits
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
We currently follow a No Refund Policy.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Returns for refunds are not accepted.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.

In exceptional cases where a product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability, Devora reserves the right to offer an appropriate resolution at its discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
